4. Orders and Payment

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance, including where payment cannot be completed, items are unavailable, we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity, or we identify a genuine pricing or listing error.

Payment is required as part of checkout. If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, any refund due will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy, our refund policy where applicable, and applicable law.

• Prices and totals are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, which may depend on your location, market settings, and payment method. You are responsible for any currency conversion or bank charges applied by your payment provider unless stated otherwise at checkout

Stated delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs clearance, local holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will work with you in good faith if your shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, in line with our shipping practices and your statutory rights.

• International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges imposed by the destination country, unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout
• Risk of loss or damage to goods generally passes to you when delivery is completed to the address you provided or when the carrier records the parcel as delivered, subject to applicable consumer law

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns for refund are generally available within 30 days of delivery, for items in original, unworn condition with original packaging, subject to the exclusions listed on our Returns & Exchanges page (including custom or personalised pieces, final sale items, and certain other exceptions)
• Exchanges within 30 days may be arranged as described on our Returns & Exchanges page, including where we offer exchanges without additional shipping charges for eligible requests
• Unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Returns & Exchanges policy (for example, for defective or incorrect items), customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns
• After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit
